Where are you located, and what are your hours?

Daura Luxe Aesthetics is in River North at 900 N Franklin St, Suite 407, Chicago, IL 60610. We are open daily, 8am–8pm, by appointment.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Hablo Español. You can book, consult, and ask questions in English or Spanish.

Who will treat me?

Me — Karol Ceballos, RN, with 11 years of nursing experience. I specialize in natural-looking results, never overdone. Daura Luxe works under medical director Olutoyin Okanlawon, MD. My license is under my legal name, Carol Ceballos.

Will I look frozen or overdone?

That is the fear I hear most, and it is exactly what I work against. My approach is soft, natural, and tailored to your face — refreshed, not changed. We talk through what you want, and what you don't want, before anything is done. Results vary from person to person.

What happens at a first visit?

We start with an assessment and a plan — what bothers you, what fits your face and your budget, and what to expect. Virtual consultations are free to discuss your plan. A $60 deposit is due at booking and is applied toward your treatment.

How do I book?

Do you offer concierge appointments?

Yes. If you can't come to the studio in River North, I can come to you. A $50 concierge fee applies, separate from your treatment price. Availability is by appointment — book online or text 312-883-1005 and ask about concierge.

What treatments do you offer?

Neuromodulators / Tox — for forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet, and other areas assessed in consultation, including hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) treatment as part of neuromodulator treatment.

Lip Filler — soft volume, symmetry, and hydration, tailored to your face.

Facial Balancing — filler in key areas to restore harmony and proportion.

Sculptra — a biostimulator that gradually helps rebuild your own collagen for firmer, more youthful volume over time. Results build gradually, not overnight.

Radiesse — a biostimulator filler that adds instant contour and lift while stimulating collagen.

VI Peel — a medical-grade peel for pigmentation, sun spots, acne scarring, fine lines, and uneven texture. VI Peel is not face-only — it can also treat the neck, chest, back, arms, hands, and other areas assessed in consultation.

Microneedling with Salmon DNA (PDRN) — to boost collagen, improve texture and scars, and restore glow.

IV Hydration — IV infusion to replenish hydration and nutrients.

Wellness Injections — quick wellness shots tailored to what your body needs.

Concierge service and virtual assessments are also available.

How long do results last?

It depends on the treatment, and on you. As a general guide: with Tox, most people start noticing a change in a few days, see the peak around 2 weeks, and then notice a gradual fade — we usually reassess around 4 months. Filler is more immediate and then settles. Sculptra builds gradually over weeks to months. Your consultation will cover what is realistic for your treatment. Results vary.

Is there downtime?

It depends on the treatment. Some treatments have little to no downtime. Microneedling and VI Peel involve a recovery period — for example, peeling after a VI Peel — and you will get aftercare instructions for your treatment. If you have an important event coming up, tell me in consultation so we can plan timing together.

I'm nervous — I've never had anything done. Is that okay?

Yes, and you are exactly who I love helping. Many of my clients are first-timers. We go slowly, we talk first, and you never have to decide on the spot. A free virtual consultation is a good, no-pressure place to start.

Do you offer any new-client or referral offers?

Yes. New clients receive $50 off their first visit. If you refer a friend, you receive $50 and your friend receives $50 off their first visit. These are general booking offers — they are never tied to leaving a review.
